This beautiful traditional tenement apartment underwent an extensive 12 month renovation completing in August 2023. Located on the 1st floor of the building. In a superb location, with an array of great bars, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, minutes walk from great transport links; Partick Bus, Train & Underground stations.. the River Clyde and its beautiful walkway is just a 2 minutes walk away.
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Partick Railway/Subway/Bus station, which offers superb connections to the rest of Glasgow, the City Centre being just 10 minutes away on the Subway. Partick Railway also provides great links to see the breathtaking scenery of the Scottish Highlands.
Facilities such as the SSE Hydro Arena, SEC & Science centre are just half a mile away, so a 15-20 minute riverside walk or 1 stop on the train from Partick for anyone going to see events there.
The apartment is stylish, minimalistic and fully furnished to a high standard. Stunning LED lighting is throughout the apartment and has been careful designed for guests. The main feature of the apartment is the restoration of the original brickwork of the building dating back around 150 years ago.. The incredible stone pillars in the bedroom underwent extensive restoration to really become a beautiful feature and at night these pillars are lit up by dimmable ground floor spotlights.
The bedroom has good storage and plenty of room and space. The bed is a King Size with memory foam mattress, the best of linen, duvet and pillows.
The bathroom really has the wow factor. LED lighting in the shape of a square in the ceiling and an LED lit mirror.. full Porcelanosa tiles on the walls and floor. The shower is the most powerful electric shower on the market. Walk in shower access for ease and aesthetically minimalist. There is a 6ft towel rail wall designer radiator.
In the hallway, there is a beautiful seating area with solid wood bench and a Buster & Punch light for a nice ambience in the evenings. The hallway has large beautiful Porcelanosa tiles.
The kitchen has been carefully designed and thought out. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave and double height fridge freezer. LED lighting is on the ceiling and there is also under unit LED lighting. Porcelanosa subway tiles from the worktop to the ceiling throughout giving the kitchen a more spacious feel with the extended ceiling height.
The hallway leads into the beautiful lounge. Peaceful and calming with LED lighting in the ceiling and also on the sides of the media TV wall. A smart TV sits neatly inside the TV wall for guests to connect to applications like BBC iPlayer, Netflix and Hyperoptic WiFi. There is a double sofa bed for when extra guests come to stay or if 2 guests want a bed each. There is also a BoConcept 2 seater comfortable sofa.
There is table and chairs by the bay window. The apartment is fully double glazed and has designer gas radiators throughout which heat up the apartment quickly.
